a Global Innovation Lab for Equality (aGILE) – 2-Year Report (2023–2025)
In this first two-year report marking aGILE’s journey, there are powerful stories of creativity, innovation, resilience, change, and impact from Oxfam, partner organizations, and the communities served across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
The report offers an inside look at aGILE—how it works, what it has achieved, the lessons learned, and a roadmap for the future. It highlights how aGILE elevates innovation across Oxfam and partner organizations by shifting mindsets, embracing experimentation, adopting agile and sprint methodologies, building innovation capabilities, and forging unlikely partnerships. At the heart of this work is a deep commitment to centering the agency of those on the frontlines of inequality—true to Oxfam’s feminist and decolonial principles.

In a dramatic year marked by a highly charged political campaign, as well as continuing challenges from COVID-19, climate change, and conflict, Oxfam continued its fight against the root causes of poverty and injustice. We have our donors and supporters to thank for partnering with us in this critical mission. When disease, conflict, racism, and unfair policies conspire to create poverty and injustice, together we will work to overcome them.
