With three decades of public service dedicated to civil rights and human resources, Deborah stands as a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion. Throughout her distinguished career, Deborah has served as a Civil Rights and HR executive, consultant, and nonprofit HR executive. In every environment she has served, Deborah has consistently championed justice and fairness, ensuring the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion remain at the forefront of organizational practices.
Deborah leverages her expertise in fostering inclusive workplaces in global and domestic spaces to guide organizations in their journeys toward inclusive and equitable leadership.
Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a Master’s of Divinity degree, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, she is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP), a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP), and is a certified mediator as well as a DEI & Leadership Coach.
