Eyokia Donna Juliet

Eyokia Donna Juliet is the policy dialogue expert and disaster preparedness and response manager for Community Empowerment for Rural Development (CEFORD), an NGO partner of Oxfam in Uganda. She is also chair of Uganda’s Charter for Change Working Group, a member of the Local Humanitarian Leadership Learning and Practice Groups, host of the network of local NGOs known as the West Nile Humanitarian Platform, and a member of the steering committee of Uganda’s National Humanitarian Platform. In Uganda and around the world, she challenges INGOs, donors, and UN agencies to live up to their commitments to local humanitarian leadership.
