Grace Strome currently serves as Oxfam America's Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Oxfam in 2020 as the Deputy Chief of Staff, Grace was the deputy chief of staff at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she directed the organization’s operations, development, and strategic planning. Before that, Grace was the Deputy Director of the Office of Presidential Correspondence where she managed the team of people responsible for handling the thousands of daily letters sent to President Obama, his constituent services, and his presidential proclamations and messages. Grace also coordinated celebrity engagement for both President Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012 and the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Grace graduated from Carleton College with a BA in political science and international relations. She is currently working towards her JD in the Evening Program at Georgetown Law.
