Razia Sultana is a human-rights activist, educator, and lawyer. She wrote “Witness to Horror” and “Rape by Command,” reports about sexual violence perpetrated by Burmese security forces against Rohingya women and girls. Sultana is the founder of the Bangladeshi NGO RW Welfare (RWWS), an Oxfam partner.
