Rosie Kilcoyne is a summer intern with the Climate Justice team and spent the summer conducting research on black carbon’s impact on the climate, environment, and human health. Rosie is doing a Master of Public Policy degree at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy, where she is focusing on international environmental policy and environmental justice.
