As Senior Gender Advisor, Sebastián Molano (he/him) focuses on the intersections of gender justice work, masculinities and racial equity. Previously, he promoted women’s political participation in Latin America and the Caribbean, and worked on economic rural development along the Haitian-Dominican border. He has over 15 years of experience in international development across the Americas and three years as a learning dad.
