Tonny Joseph

Tonny Joseph is a Haitian political scientist based in Pétion-Ville. He received his doctorate from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris. From 2010 to 2017, he was Oxfam’s advocacy and research coordinator in Haiti.
